Hints for Beginners:

  • Wear flexible clothes you feel comfortable moving in.
  • Clean feet and a sense of humor are encouraged.
  • I recommend tying back long hair.
  • I also advise waiting to eat until after class or, if blood sugar is an issue, having something small and easily digestible no later than one half hour before class begins.
  • Please no perfumes or scented body products.
  • Mats provided but feel free to bring your own. Space is limited to seven participants per class.

Feel free to experiment with these guidelines and see what works for you.

Scheduling Notes and Deals

Cancelled Classes: Saturday April 26th. (I am judging the Verona Figure Skating competition.)

Yoga for men in Madison?: Well, not exclusively, but this class has regular male contingent that you might want to know about. If you join this group class, you won't feel like you're the only alpha guy in the pack.
