Service Breakdown: The Three Main things reviewed

  1. Local, State and Federal Programs - Win-Share will look into all government programs available to businesses. This review includes a review of the government bailout bills and economic stimulus package. The goal is to identify monies available and unclaimed for each specific business and industry sector. This review is done at no up front cost to prospective clients.
  2. Engineering Based Tax Credits - Win-Share provides clients with IRS approved engineering based tax credits. The government has specific tax credit programs out there for businesses/business owners to take advantage of. The IRS stipulates that these programs should be taken advantage of only thru an engineering based study- to maximize credits and to provide substantiation of the credit. There are 3 main tax credit studies Win-Share can provide- A manufacturing based tax credit, a commercial property tax credit (for anyone who owns commercial space) and an energy tax credit (used to promote companies going green and being more energy efficient)
  3. Audit Services - Win-Share also provides third party audit services which are intended to review expenditures of a company and identify overpayments. Once the overpayments are identified, Win-Share will help the client collect refunds from service providers for overpayments. These audits are performed on insurance products (Workers Comp, Property and Casualty, etc), Waste Management (review of monthly bills and payments for recyclables), Property Tax- just to name a couple.

Win-Share targets a wide variety of markets. We focus mainly on commercial property owners, Manufacturers, Hotels, Restaurants, Assisted living facilities, Grocery stores, Auto Dealerships, Apartment complexes, Property Management firms, Software companies and Pharmaceutical companies. We also attempt to build as many relationships as possible with Accountants/CPA’s. With that being said, Win-Share can typically assist ANY business!
