Class Descriptions and Rates

General Class Rates

Almost all of our classes are drop-in classes. Feel free to come any time.

  • Chair Yoga: $7 drop-in; $35 for 6 classes within a 2-month period.
  • Drop-in Rate: $12 per class; $8 for 50-minute classes
  • 10-Class Pass: $90 good for 3 months; $70 for 50-minute classes
  • Monthly Unlimited: $110 good for all standard classes
  • Private Instruction: Available, in our studio, or at your home. Please call for rates and scheduling.

Special Class Rates

Some events do require preregistration with our Preregistration Form and/or prepayment (possibly for a given term), and generally we allow drop-ins for these as well. Classes that do not allow drop-ins will be marked or labeled as such.

ABC's Of Yoga: This given quarterly class costs $40 and pre-registration is required. The next round of classes begins in September.


Class Descriptions

ABC's of Yoga (Level 0)

This class truly focuses on the very basics of Yoga.

Chair Yoga (Level 0)

A 45-minute gentle yoga practice incorporating stretches on chairs as well as some standing poses. Suitable for senior citizens and others who feel uncomfortable getting down to and up from the floor for a traditional mat yoga class.

Corporate Yoga (Level 0)

A 45-minute gentle yoga practice incorporating stretches on chairs as well as some standing poses. Suitable for senior citizens and others who feel uncomfortable getting down to and up from the floor for a traditional mat yoga class.

Flow Yoga (Mixed Levels)

Moving from one yoga pose to another in a fluid way. For advanced beginners and upward seeking a more vigorous practice.

Restorative(Level 0)

For reenergizing and reinvigoration

Yoga Fundamentals (Level 1)

A slower-paced class reviewing the fundamentals of corrently aligning the body to do yoga poses in the most beneficial way. For students who have learned the basics already. Drop-in, come anytime.

Class Level Definitions

Level 0

Introductory classes for those new to Yoga, or classes that are not physically demanding.

Classes: will concentrate on breathing and fundemental Yoga poses and alignment. These classes are generally ideal for those who suffer from muscle weakness or other infirmities.

Level 1

Beginning classes for those who understand Ugi breathing and have some basic poses and alignment under their belts.

Classes: will concentrate on solidifying your basic poses, learning more basic and some intermediate poses, while improving your basic alignment and breathing.

Level 2

Intermediate classes for those who have a solid grasp on the fundemental poses, and are able hold poses longer or are able to perform a few of the advanced postures or advanced forms of postures.

Classs: will concentrate on solidifying your basic and intermediate poses, learning new intermediate poses, and work with some of the more advanced poses or advanced forms of poses. We will also start to work on holding poses for longer to increase your strength and endurance.

Level 3

Advanced classes for those who can routinely perform some of the advanced postures or advanced forms of postures and hold them for 2 minutes or more.

Classes: will concentrate on solidifying your basic and intermediate poses, learning new advanced poses, and work with some of the more advanced poses or advanced forms of poses. We increasingly work more on holding poses for longer for strength and endurance.
