Who is Yoga for?

Everyone can benefit from yoga.  At Baraboo Yoga, we welcome yoga students of all ages and all sizes.  If you can breathe you can do some form of yoga.  From Chair Yoga classes for seniors (and others who prefer not to practice yoga on the floor); to monthly Restorative Yoga classes for healing and intensive stress relief; to Alignment classes to teach you how to properly do yoga poses; to vigorous, physically challenging Flow Yoga classes, we offer yoga for all body types and all levels.
